Day 36-7: Rottenacher, Germany

Today is my 36th day of riding & my 7th day riding with Dana.

72 km
Ride details

We have been riding in Bavaria until today, when we entered Baden Wuerttemberg, another of Germany's 16 regions, a bit like our states. Castles, churches, cathedrals. Every town has medieval buildings that are amazingly old, yet well cared for. We have seen lots of scaffolding and renovations happening. Today we stopped for a bit to admire Europe's tallest cathedral in Ulm. It took 300 years to build.

Had the best Apple Strudel! and bought a book about riding the upper part of the Rhein (Rhine).
