I was cursing Austrian poor signage all morning. We went through fields on gravel roads as the signs indicated, but didn't indicate on the printed map. Did I mention that our guide to the Praha-Wien Greenway is written in Czech.
When we found the route Eurovelo 9, it was a pretty good surface, but rollers that I would enjoy much more on my unloaded road bike. So I walked up those that were steeper than 5%. Mary was cursing a bit, too.
Only 2 places to stay in Wolkersdorf so we are paying more here.
We saw lots of these buildings along the way. Maybe wine cellars?
