I've seen several barns decorated this way. It looks just like a quilt square.
Carol, our guide enjoyed some family time in Maquoketa with her brother & his wife and her dog.
I caught our chef/guide, Lynne in her early morning workout. She rides about 30 miles alternating days with Carol, unless her cooking duties interfere and apparently runs when it isn't her turn to ride.
