Day 5: to Confluence

Our ride was primarily through Ohiopyle State Park where we came across workers installing new mile markers measured from Cumberland. The old ones are almost a half mile off. After a super lunch in Ohiopyle at the little bakery, a green smoothie and a wrap, we continued to Confluence for a gourmet 4 course dinner. Isn't any good bicycle adventure really about the food?

Oh, yes, the day included a side trip (in the SAG vehicle) to Falling Waters, a Frank Lloyd Wright house. Amazing place and well worth a second visit. (I did this ride previously in 2013). I'm actually hoping David can do this with me next time!
