Ride details
We skipped through Basel Switzerland and found a hotel outside of town. It rained all morning, now that we are at a hotel, no rain and beautiful.
Today is Father's Day and the first day of summer.
The riding is flat and paved, a joy to ride. Get to look around a bit more and stop and look at the scenery. Feels almost like we had a day of rest.
We saw the longest covered bridge in Europe. There are so many Renaissance era buildings. It is totally amazing how much has survived for so long. The Europeans might say because they are so well built. Definitely built to be here a long time.
