Text for day 3

Stayed in a B&B with a well stocked kitchen, so we cooked our dinner, washed clothes and slept great.
It was a long day of riding. The first forty were what locals tell us is the most difficult on the trail with lots of ups but then some lovely downs. All at 2%, so it was kind of fun.
We rode past Booneville and crossed to the north side of the Missouri River
We arrived in Rocheport through the only tunnel on the trail. It has a population of 106 down from over 200 in 2000.
