Montevideo Uraquay

This is a stark contrast to Rio's filthy bay where streams of garbage floated by our ship in harbor. The harbor water is clean here as well as the port. No litter, a source of pride for Uraguay.

All of South America has had high tech modern buses for the tours. Better than any I've seen before.

Uraguay had universal healthcare & fines for littering. We didn't see any graffiti.

We went for a walk for a couple of hours & then a bike ride tour in the afternoon.
Felt very safe.
