Here we go again!

This time our travels will be by bikes. We will be on bicycle only trails. The first will be The Katy trail. It will take us across Missouri along the Missouri River. The second will be from Pittsburgh to Washington DC.
Then the Capital Trail in Virginia.

We spent the summer doing lots of home stuff, like painting the outside of the house, so we didn't do much riding. This trip will get us fit.

Between rides we are traveling on Amtrak. They make traveling with bikes so easy.
