Sea days: Olympics

A couple of sea days between ports so we can get back to a routine as well as do some laundry and fit in some long walks or runs. David has been keeping up his training, adhering to his trainer's suggestions with adjustments for the promenade or the treadmill if it is too windy.

We are getting live coverage of the Olympics
in the late evening and early mornings and highlights at other times. Coverage has few advertising interruptions and not so US centric. Very refreshing.

Rough seas as we encounter the prevailing winds from the west.
We are now farther south than we have ever been, at greater than 50 degrees latitude with temperatures in the 50s. Longer days with over 10 hours of light.
