Day 37: Arica

The northern most city in Chili. It serves as a port for Bolivia & southern Peru. An arid desert with less than 4 inches of rain/year. Bus tour included Petroglyphs, modern sculptures interpreting ancient paintings & an archeological site where olives were grown in the 11th century.
