Normandy

Thinking about Arrio and Cody who are both Rangers in the Army as we learned about the role that the Rangers played in the attacks on German bunkers near Omaha and Utah beaches. Of 225 in the unit 90 survived. Omaha beach has over 9000 grave sites of the 30,000 who died there. Interestingly, these memorials are owned and operated by a U.S. run commission.
