20 mi yesterday, scouting the route.
Great ride today, all bike Paths.
Liana leaves for work at 6:30, so that's when I left. It was light enough pretty quickly, not a cloud in the sky.
I rode from where I left the C&O on Thursday to the end. The canal through Georgetown looks much like it did when it was in operation, I think, though the end if it runs up against a highway overpass.
I'd love to do this again. Very fun.
The train travels near the towpath on its way to Harpers Ferry.
