Thunder Bay rest day

Did some more exploring today. Road on every inch of bike path I could find.
Thunder Bay was two towns Port Arthur & Fort Williams until the 70's when they consolidated to become Thunder Bay. We are staying between the two former city centers, strip malls & very industrial.
Of course we had blue skies today & rain is expected tomorrow.

Hooray for Rest Days. I see that the Bad Monkey found his way back to Lake Oswego. The weather here in pretty darn nice. I am sorry about the weather and lousy roads this last week. We do live in a beautiful area, good old PDX. It is sad to see so many strip malls across the country and beyond our country such as in Canada. Who invented the strip mall? Bad idea. You are almost home. Speaking of malls, the day you left, I took the bus and then the metro to Mall of America. I met Jan there, later. It was pretty overwhelming. One could buy the finest luxury to the finest crap and in some ways I really could not tell the difference. When you get settled back home we must go out for a good lunch with good food.

I think the Lloyd center was one of the first "malls" . Yes we have been hot here. Watered everyday. I'm now on my new phone. Won't miss any texts, and the default alarm is pleasant. Did you have to show your passport from your bicycle?
