We rode out of Redwing and crossed the river into Wisconsin for the first 25 mi.
Gorgeous scenery.
Then back to Minnesota. As we rode along a rode named St. Croix trail I thought of Garrison Keillor' Lake Wobegon and imagined Oly and Lena living in this house.
Again we are staying in a hotel along a busy highway on the edge of town. I've mentioned Lynne's incredible meals so thought I'd share a picture. Last night we had Thai flavored rice noodles ( with either tofu or beef), a wild rice salad (with cranberries, red cabbage) and cucumbers with mango-avacado topping. She hasn't repeated anything yet, always something new and so tasty.
