From Jacumba to Brawley CA

Rain.
That's about it. Everyone(except 2 brave souls) was shuttled to the start after the usual Interstate 8 downhill fun 3000 feet to 100 feet. Too windy and wet today.
My 51 miles were flat. Felt a bit bad about not doing the whole thing, but that thought melted away when I arrived at the hotel and had a shower and warmed up. Maybe I'll try make up the 15 mi I missed by riding on rest days and maybe not.
Tomorrow's forecast is for clear skies.
