Hunter River to Mt. Stewart 50 km

Windy, partly cloudy & a bit chilly most of the day. Other than a couple of dips in the trail, it is totally flat or a railroad grade of no more than 2%. The trail is pristine. All downed limbs from Dorian have been cut and layed next to the path. They sure cleaned up quickly. We are fortunate, since we have heard that a group just a few days ahead of us had to climb over 82 downed trees in their way.

The Trailside Inn & Music: Live music with a couple of local musicians & an expensive, but worth it dinner. We were hungry & tired.
