Gilbert let us stop and get refreshed again at Starbucks...may be the last for a while...



The Eisenhower library was today's highlight. His boyhood home was most intriguing. Both he & Maimie are buried there.



Abilene doesn't have much more...3 restaurants, chicken, beef &. Mexican. The beef restaurant " serves everything from hamburger to steak"...hmmm, not sure what they comes between those two.
